"Wow just wow, this Judy person is loud and verbally abusive. It's her way or the highway. I'm reconsidering even insuring with State Farm because of Judy, I can't believe how unprofessional Judy is on the phone. You can't even get a word in when she starts talking, and then she gives you free legal advise stating her boss is an attorney."
